Using particle mediated gene-transfer, I transfectedneurons with new constructs yesterday. I checked the transfectionefficiency this morning, only finding a few cells in 3 slices transfected. For some reasons, gene-gun transfection does not work great recently. Should I make another batch of bullets ? I don't know. I will shoot remaining 3 slices tonight.
